This class can perform CAPTCHA validation with the reCAPTCHA library.

It wraps around the reCAPTCHA library to generate HTML to present CAPTCHA validation inputs.

The class can also gather the parameter values to perform the CAPTCHA validation sending a HTTP request to the reCAPTCHA server.
