Form Validator Class: Validate input data submitted via forms

This class can validate input data submitted via forms.

It can take an array of data with submitted form values and performs validation according to the input names.

Currently it recognizes input names and validates them as first name, last name, email, password, address, zip code, telephone, mobile phone, CAPTCHA, paper, description, tax, price, size, title, and account.
